Halo is an amazing FPS, but it should have stayed on the XBOX. Weird, I can't believe I said that, I'd rather play it on the PC. But in this case I'd go XBOX. This version is a port of the game, and runs surprisingly bad. I still played through it, but had lots of performance issues. It seemed like the game was not optimized for PC at all. I was running around 2 ghz with the high end Geforce 4, it should have been more than prefect. I have better looking games with frame rates twice as good. But if you don't have an XBOX but have a fast gaming machine then you should go for it. You just shouldn't need so much speed to get this to perform good.
